Research
My research involves designing and implementing community-based physical activity/exercise interventions primarily in African American communities. My research looks to assess the impact of exercise on cancer outcomes and survivability in African American populations. Lastly, my research involves embedding Exercise is Medicine as a standard of care, strengthening applied practice and influencing policy.
