Communities of Practice

Communities of Practice serve as a complementing series of educational initiatives that focus on expanding people’s understanding of topics related to access and inclusion. These communities aim to foster a culture of compassion, belonging, and support among our CEHHS community. They provide a space for dialogue, collaboration, and shared learning. These communities can take various forms, from in-person meetings to asynchronous online sharing. Communities of Practice programming and initiatives feature the following characteristics:

  1. Resource Sharing
  2. Individual and Collective Learning
  3. Group Problem Solving
  4. Evaluation of Practices
  5. Emergent Learning
