Miranda Rutan is a 2nd year graduate student in the College Student Personnel program with the College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences. She is currently writing a thesis centering women's experiences during COVID through an ethics of care lens. After graduation, Miranda plans to pursue a PhD focusing on social justice, socioeconomic status, and women issues. In her free time, she enjoys watching Gordon Ramsey shows and drinking Capybara beverages. Miranda helps plan educational initiatives and assists with communication for the committee.
