Jerri earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Management, a Master’s degree in Student Personnel in Higher Education, and a second Master’s degree in Research and Evaluation Methodology, all from the University of Florida. With 11 years of experience in higher education administration, she has focused her professional career on assessment and research. She’s currently an active member of AERA, ACPA, and NASPA. Jerri is excited to pursue full-time studies in the Evaluation, Statistics, and Methodology Ph.D. program here at UTK.
