Biography
Naomi Youakim is a 4th year school psychology student at the University of Tennessee. She graduated from the University of Florida a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Spanish in 2021. She completed her master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis from The University of Tennessee in 2024. Her dissertation is focused on testing the effectiveness of a body confidence and self-esteem intervention on improving confidence and self-esteem in young girls. Naomi recently completed the APPIC Match and will continue her education as an intern in the University of Florida Department of Psychiatry for the 2026-2027 school year before graduating with her doctoral degree. In her free time Naomi enjoys crafting, spending time outside, and exploring new places around Knoxville.
