If you call for an appointment, we will gather basic information regarding the difficulties that you, or your child(ren), are having, along with some basic contact information. We will also discuss the fees for the requested services. We may send you a packet of information and rating scales to complete prior to your appointment.
DIRECTIONS AND PARKING
Parking is very limited on the University of Tennessee, Knoxville campus, and for appointments there are a couple of options. We have three (3) reserved parking spaces behind Bailey Education Building for the KLASS Center that are prioritized based on various factors (parents with younger children get higher priority for this parking arrangement). We ask that you use only one (1) of the reserved spaces per client; if both parents drive, we ask that one vehicle use a paid parking option.

A second parking option is to use the public pay 2 park spaces near our reserved spaces and public parking in the Volunteer Hall garage located adjacent to White Avenue. If you park either of the paid parking options, we will provide an email link to validate it for you. If you are a UT student, you should already have parking arrangements.
