Biography
Ashley Sexton is a fourth-year school psychology doctoral candidate at the University of Tennessee. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from East Tennessee State University in 2021 and her Master of Arts from The Catholic University of America in 2023. In 2025, she earned a master’s degree in Teacher Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Tennessee. Her dissertation research focuses on character strengths in autistic college students. Outside of her academic work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and family, reading, and film photography.
