Postdoctoral Associate
Biography
Addie Welch is a postdoctoral associate. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology from Emory University in 2018, her master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis from UT in 2022, and her PhD in School Psychology from UT in 2025. Addie's career and research interests are centered on best assessment and treatment practices for children and young adults with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities. Her dissertation is about improving independent purchasing skills in postsecondary students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In her free time, Addie enjoys great books, bad reality television, and good times with family and friends.
