Includes parent interview; standardized measures of cognitive, language, memory, attention, pre-academic, social skill, and motor and/or visual-motor development as needed; play observation; review of any previous records; review of teacher or caregiver ratings; parent feedback meeting; and comprehensive written report with recommendations.
Developmental Assessment, 5-13 Years Old
Includes child and/or parent interview; standardized measures of cognitive, language, memory, attention, academic, visual-motor, social skill development as needed; review of any previous records; parent feedback meeting; and comprehensive written report with recommendations.
Psychoeducational/Developmental Assessment, 14 to Young Adulthood
Services are the same as above; reports are structured to fit guidelines for documentation of need for testing accommodations for national exams, as well as need for accommodations and/or modifications in an educational setting.
