Stacy earned her BA in Hispanic Studies from the University of Pittsburgh, University of Seville, Spain. She earned her MAT in Foreign Language Education from the University of Pittsburgh in 2001 and earned her MBA in Human Resources Management from Walden University in 2008. Stacy was a Spanish & ESL Instructor at the Memphis Academy of Science & Engineering as well as GreenDot Public Schools in Memphis. She then taught Spanish in the Gilbert Public School system in Gilbert Arizona before returning to Tennessee to be the Spanish/ELL Instructor at Stratford STEM Magnet School in Nashville.
