Richard Parlier has a PhD in Educational Research from the Evaluation, Statistics, and Measurement department at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He currently works for the Office of Assessment and Accountability at the Georgia Department of Education. As an Assessment Specialist, his current roles include conducting quality control analysis of standardized assessments for K-12 students. His published research studies include the impact of learning communities, supplemental instruction, and faculty use of end-of course evaluations.
