Richard holds a B.A. in Social Work and Information Studies from the University of Ghana, a Master of Public Health from Ensign Global College & KNUST-Ghana, and an Advanced Master of Development Evaluation and Management from the University of Antwerp, Belgium. Richard currently works as a Graduate Research Assistant in the ELPS department. His research interests focus on impact evaluation, higher education program evaluation, and the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into evaluation and assessment. Richard employs interdisciplinary approaches drawn from health, education, and international development.
