Nikki is a 2023 graduate of the ESM program and is currently an Evaluation Specialist at the Synergy Evaluation Institute at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She previously earned a Master in Information Science at the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Tennessee Tech University. Her research interests include higher education assessment, data visualization, teaching evaluation, and survey research methodology.
