HEAM PhD

Maggie began the Higher Education Administration PhD program in Spring 2023. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Food Science from Clemson University (2013) and her Master’s of Library and Information Science from the University of South Carolina (2015). She works full-time as a faculty librarian with UT Libraries, where she currently serves as the Agriculture & Natural Resources Librarian and holds the interim role of Assistant Department Head for UT Libraries Health, Wellness, & Professional Programs. Her research interests center on higher education governance, faculty retention, leadership development, and workplace bullying.
