I currently serve as the Central Tool Install (CTI) Strategy & Integration Program Manager within Intel’s Foundry Construction & Sourcing (FCS) organization, driving the integration of strategy, governance, and execution across complex, large-scale semiconductor construction programs. In this role, I oversee multiple cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment to enterprise priorities while standardizing processes, strengthening data-driven decision-making, and managing program-level risks and outcomes. I play a key integrator role—connecting site teams, project managers, and functional stakeholders—to deliver predictable, efficient, and repeatable tool install execution, while advancing scheduling methodologies, governance frameworks, and performance metrics across the global CTI organization.

Recent Accomplishments:

  • Developed and operationalized end-to-end governance artifacts (charters, templates, decision frameworks, workflows)
  • Developed enterprise scheduling standardization roadmaps and templates
  • Contributed to global tool install scheduling RFP execution
  • Authored and contributed to enterprise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and governance frameworks for tool install scheduling
  • (Previous Role) Led the global Interruption to Production (ITP) mitigation program and broader construction performance initiatives
  • (Previous Role) Led Construction Waste to Landfill Sustainability efforts for Intel global construction, achieving < 9% waste to landfill globally

Advice to Current Students:

  • You don’t have to see the whole staircase—just take the next step.” ~ Martin Luther King Jr.
  • “Don’t be encumbered by history, just go out and do something wonderful.” ~ Robert Noyce (Intel co-founder)
