Classroom Management Specialist, MTSS-Academic Lead, meeting LEA - MNPS

Kelsey completed her Instructional Leadership Graduate Certificate at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2023. She also holds a Master of Science in Teacher Education and a Bachelor of Art in Psychology from UT Knoxville. Kelsey began her career as a Kindergarten Teacher in the Metro Nashville Public Schools, and has also served as a Kindergarten Teacher in Georgia. Returning to Tennessee, she was a teacher and Behavior Interventionist/Coach in the Knox County School System before taking her present position in Nashville.

“All of the programs I’ve completed through UT have sufficiently prepared me for what lay ahead, and this program, in particular, was especially helpful because of the experiences we completed during the program. I appreciated how supportive and thoughtful the professors were, as most of us were also working full time jobs while completing the program requirements.”
