Jessica Franklin received her B.A. in Psychology from Maryville College and her M.S. in Education (Reading) from the University of Tennessee Martin. She has worked for the Tennessee Department of Education since 2015 and serves as the TDOE Director of Voluntary Pre-K. She is currently enrolled in the Educational Leadership and Policy Studies Ed.D. program at the University of Tennessee.
