Jake started in the ESM program in Fall 2022 and chose the ESM program to strengthen his love for data-driven decisions. He is interested in higher education research with a focus on engineering students as he currently works as an Academic Advisor in the Tickle College of Engineering serving Materials Science & Engineering and Biomedical Engineering students. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2017 and Master of Science in Engineering Management in 2019, both from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Indiana. Jake is originally from Northern Indiana and he and his family love the East Tennessee region after moving in 2019.
