Specialist in Education, Spring 2025

Hunter earned her BS in Special Education and her Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from Carson Newman University. She currently teaches and is the head cheerleading coach at Carter High School in Strawberry Plains, Tennessee. Hunter completed her Specialist in Education degree at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in May 2025.

“The University of Tennessee’s Educational Leadership program was an amazing experience. The course load was doable for a full-time teacher. The professors were amazing and so understanding of everyday life. I always felt prepared. I am thankful for the experience and the community that University of Tennessee has provided me.”
