Candice Pierce began her UT-Knoxville Instructional Leadership Graduate Certificate in the fall term 2024. Candice earned her Bachelor of Education from the University of South Africa, her Master of Education in Literacy from East Carolina University, and her Master of Education in Training & Development from North Carolina State University. She began her career as an teacher at CG Credle Elementary School, and then as a literacy consultant at Bethesda Christian Academy and a teacher at the Christian Academy of Knoxville. She’s served as the Director of Grove Park Chapel Preschool in Durham, NC and currently serves as the Director of Preschool at the Christian Academy of Knoxville.
