Candice Pierce completed her UT-Knoxville Instructional Leadership Graduate Certificate in the summer term 2025.  

Candice earned her Bachelor of Education from the University of South Africa, her Master of Education in Literacy from East Carolina University, and her Master of Education in Training & Development from North Carolina State University. She began her career as an teacher at CG Credle Elementary School, and then as a literacy consultant at Bethesda Christian Academy and a teacher at the Christian Academy of Knoxville.
