ESM PhD

Annemarie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Miami University (2021), a Master of Science in College Student Personnel from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (2023), and began her studies with the ESM Program in the summer of 2025. She currently works at UTK in the Center for Career Development and Academic Exploration as the Assistant Director of Employer Engagement. With over four years of work in various higher education spaces, Annemarie is excited to use the information learned in this program to foster and support an environment where student voices shape institutional decisions and where every student is prepared to lead with confidence, clarity, and impact.
