Alex Yates completed her UT-Knoxville Specialist in Education degree in the spring term 2026.  

Alex is currently an English teacher at Marion County High School. She earned her BA from Middle Tennessee State and her Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Carson Newman University.
