UNDERGRADUATE

LEADERSHIP STUDIES

The Leadership Studies minor, offered by the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, is a 12-credit program designed to prepare students for careers and civic engagement. Open to all majors, the minor combines leadership theory with hands-on experiences. Students will develop skills and confidence to apply their leadership learning and practice in college, community, and career settings.

The trans-disciplinary nature of the Leadership Studies program provides all undergraduates, regardless of major, the opportunity to expand their leadership knowledge. Students who complete requirements may also qualify for the Leadership Studies Minor, an academic distinction that complements any major field of study.
