Kelly Hammontree Leslie earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 2003. Following graduation, she built a strong foundation in the nonprofit sector through roles with the YMCA of San Diego County, the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society, and the American Red Cross.

In 2021, Kelly joined the University of Tennessee College of Nursing as an Administrative Assistant. She advanced to the role of Undergraduate Programs Clinical Coordinator in 2023, where she supports clinical education operations and program coordination.

She is currently working on her M.S. in Higher Education Administration at the University of Tennessee.

Outside of school and work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and crocheting.
