Dr. Shanna Widener joined Columbus State University in September 2025 as Vice President for Enrollment Management. Prior to CSU, she served as Interim Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management and Associate Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management at the University of West Georgia, where she was also a faculty member in the Higher Education Administration and College Student Affairs programs.  She was selected as a University System of Georgia Faculty Fellow for High-Impact Practices in Service-Learning (2020–2022) and is a graduate of the prestigious University System of Georgia Executive Leadership Institute (2022–2023).
