Rebecca Bailey received her B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies of Education from East Tennessee State University in 2007. She went on to earn her M.S. in Educational Psychology (Applied) from the University of Tennessee in August 2025. She has worked for the State of Tennessee for nearly 15 years in a variety of roles, including case manager, placement specialist, and program coordinator. Rebecca is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Adult and Continuing Education at the University of Tennessee, where her research focuses on trauma-informed supervision, employee motivation, and workforce retention in high-stress organizations. She is a member of the National Society for Leadership and Success (NSLS), Phi Kappa Phi, and the American Association for Adult and Continuing Education (AAACE).
