Our Research and Community Impact

Connecting Research to Real-World Change.

At the Department of Retail, Hospitality, and Tourism Management (RHTM), research doesn’t stop at discovery—it drives innovation across industries. Our faculty and students transform cutting-edge academic insights into real-world solutions that strengthen businesses, enrich consumer experiences, and build thriving communities. Blending empirical analysis, human-centered research, and field-based engagement—RHTM scholars tackle critical issues in retail, hospitality, and tourism—bridging the gap between research and practice.
