The RHTM Annual Student Enrichment Fundraiser (CSM Student Enrichment Fund)
Each spring, RHTM hosts its Annual Student Enrichment Fundraiser to enhance student learning beyond the classroom. Proceeds from the event fund student scholarships, conference travel, and industry experiences that prepare future leaders in retail, hospitality, and tourism.

Food4Vols Impact Fund to Fight Campus Food Insecurity
Housed in the UT Culinary Institute within RHTM, food4VOLS partners with Vol Dining to collect surplus food and transform it into nutritious, ready-to-eat meals. These meals are distributed through The Big Orange Pantry and five other on-campus access points to alleviate student food insecurity and promote a more sustainable campus community.
