Lexane Adrion, Class of 2019, Merchandise and Business Planner for Gucci

Lexane entered the Neiman Marcus Executive Development program after graduation, later becoming an Assistant Buyer. In 2021, she became an Analyst for Tommy Hilfiger. Her career with Gucci began in 2023, where she serves as a Merchandise and Business Planner. Lexane says that “RHTM’s greatest assets are their strong alumni network and professors. Vols love to help Vols and my first job out of college in the buying offices at Neiman Marcus was from an alumnus of the RHTM program.”

Brittany Fryman, Class of 2019, Director of Sales, Dolly Parton’s SongTeller Hotel

Brittany graduated from the HTM program in 2019 and from there began her career with Chartwell Hospitality in a Manager in Training role. From there her career continued to blossom working in multiple properties in sales roles within the company. Most recently, she has begun her career as the inaugural Director of Sales for Dolly Parton’s SongTeller Hotel, opening in Spring of 2026. She says about her experience in HTM, “My professors were so fantastic to give us as much real-world experience as they could!”
