As the leader of MSUB, Leigh Ann Elkins is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the initiative. Through MSUB, Leigh aims to increase the number of students entering college in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). She is committed to ensuring that all services provided by MSUB are accessible to participants at no cost, removing any financial barriers and making the program inclusive for all who aspire to pursue STEM education and careers.
