Educational Leadership, EdD
The Doctor of Education Degree in Educational Leadership (EdD) program is designed to provide advanced study in school, district, or state leadership, a unique focus among doctoral programs. The program provides a pathway to prepare Pre-K–12 school leaders to become practitioner-scholars and to serve in a variety of leadership positions.

Housed in the Department of Education Leadership and Policy Studies, the EdD in Educational Leadership is for students who want to be prepared to generate and apply research leading to new instructional programs, curriculum improvement, policy changes, and organizational development that support effective and just school districts.
