This legislation requires that educators possess a deeper understanding of literacy concepts and effectively apply this knowledge to enhance student outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We evaluated the effects of teachers&#8217; level of participation in the <a href=\"https:\/\/bestforall.tnedu.gov\/lessons-and-learning-item?content-id=12066\">Early Reading Training<\/a> (ERT) courses provided by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tn.gov\/education.html\">Tennessee Department of Education<\/a> on their kindergarten and 1st-grade students\u2019 reading performance in the 2022\u201323 academic year.
