Programs focus on reading and writing development, instructional methods, literacy theories, and research to advance effective and equitable literacy practices. Faculty examine a wide range of challenges based on diverse learners\u2019 needs to promote effective and equitable literacy practices.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Programs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Literacy Education programs offer graduate level studies and certifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Graduate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We offer Master of Science (M. S.), Educational Specialist (Ed. S.), and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D) degrees that provide opportunities for focused study in Literacy Education.
