Nick Kim is a clinical assistant professor supporting the STEM education team in the Department of Theory and Practice in Teacher Education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and co-coordinator of VolsTeach, a STEM undergraduate teacher licensure program.

Kim received his PhD in Education with a specialization in STEM Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. His research focuses on recruiting and retaining preservice mathematics teachers and practical/equitable mathematics teaching strategies.
