Donna Alderman is a distinguished lecturer of special education in the Department of Theory and Practice in Teacher Education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and coordinator of the special education internship program.

Alderman’s recent research includes special education for low-incident learners and on the dilemmas of personalizing and implementing the edTPA.
