Clinical Assistant Professor
Geri Landry is a clinical assistant professor in education in the Department of Theory and Practice in Teacher Education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She coordinates or co-coordinates a number of programs in the department including the programs in: educational technology, middle grades education, teacher education non-licensure graduate programs, and the JEP programs in math, science, art, elementary, and social science education.
Landry received her PhD from the University of Tennessee in 2010. Previously, she was the Director of the Office of School-Based Experiences where she established and maintained working relationships with UT’s school partners in East Tennessee. She also reviewed and approved petitions and requests for exemptions, provided teacher licensure candidates with multiple experiences in diverse school settings, and supported faculty and students during clinical experiences.
