So, what happens next?
First, we will assemble a team to meet with you and gather information about your needs. Identifying your project-specific goals, audiences, and core messaging are our top priorities. We will also discuss design considerations and clarify our processes.
This initial discovery meeting helps us assess the scope of your project and determine if we have the available resources and capabilities necessary to meet your deadline.
Once your project is accepted, we will create a customized schedule, including a final delivery date and steps along the way. Since no two projects are alike, specific milestones will be determined on an individual basis.
If we are unable to accept your project, we will assist you in finding a solution.
Our capabilities include web design and development, print design, writing and editing, video and photography, event promotion, branding, and long-term campaign development. Our services are provided at no charge to Knoxville campus academic departments and administrative units; however, printing costs and other incidentals such as web hosting or video and photography will be billed to you.
