She gained hands-on experience across several departments, including front office, housekeeping, food &amp; beverage, and banquets, which provided a comprehensive view of full-service hotel operations. One highlight of her internship was assisting with converting all guest rooms on the 5th and 6th floors into meeting spaces \u2013 a fast-paced project that required close coordination among multiple departments. The experience deepened her understanding of collaboration, leadership, and the importance of being well-rounded in hospitality management. Her most exciting task was managing Brad Pitt\u2019s luxury skin care campaign for Beau Domaine.<br><br>Erica was able to meet with brand representatives and had a big hand in helping with the campaign launch. \u201cThis experience helped me grow both personally and professionally. I gained more confidence in my work and applied what I have learned in the classroom to a real-life setting.
