When the University of Tennessee Research Foundation (UTRF) recently announced the recipients of its annual maturation grants, Public Health’s Dr. Jennifer Russomanno was at the top of the list.
The grant will be used to fund Dr. Russomanno’s project titled: Reality Check: Using Board Games to Teach About Social Determinants of Health and Their Impact on Health Outcomes.
Dr. Russomanno serves as the Associate Department Head of the Department of Public Health. She is also the Master of Public Health (MPH) Program Director and an Assistant Professor of Practice. She currently serves as an advisor for students in both the community health education and epidemiology concentrations of the MPH Program.
