Biography
Will Martinez (he/him/his) serves as the Pride Center Graduate Research Assistant. He is currently working towards his MS in College Student Personnel and is a 2nd year student in the program. Born and raised in Knoxville, Will currently cause Atlanta home. Will is completing a thesis on interpersonal violence survivor advocacy for those with historically underserved identities using Critical Race Theory, narrative inquiry, and Critical Trauma Studies. Will is passionate about building relationships, advocating for students, and working on social justice and inclusion initiatives. Will is a cat dad to two kitties and you can find him typically working at Capybara Coffee.
