Research interests align in exercise psychology, with an emphasis on understanding individual needs and experiences through exercise readiness and available resources. Aiming to redefine the concept of \u201cexercise\u201d to promote long-term adherence, examine how dichotomous thinking influences exercise engagement and enactment, explore effective goal-setting strategies, and work with fitness practitioners to translate research into practice.<\/div>\n
