Dr. Hardin also examines topics focused on sport management education as well as adaptive sport and recreation. He has more than 100 scholarly publications and has more than 150 scholarly presentations.<\/p>\n<p>He served as editor of\u00a0<em>Sport Management Education Journal<\/em>\u00a0from June 2018 to June 2021. He is currently a member of the editorial board of the <em>Journal of Intercollegiate Sport <\/em>and the <em>Journal of Issues in Intercollegiate Athletics<\/em>. He has mentored 14 doctoral students more than 100 master\u2019s students.<\/p>\n<p>He earned his PhD in Communications from the University of Tennessee. He holds both a master\u2019s degree in Communications and Sport Studies from the University of Tennessee. He received his bachelor\u2019s degree in Communications and Political Science from East Tennessee State University.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Hardin also is member of the official statistics staff for Tennessee football and men\u2019s and women\u2019s basketball.
