RESEARCH INTERESTS
\n<\/strong>Dawn Coe\u2019s research focuses primarily on pediatric exercise physiology. Coe\u2019s research agenda includes physical activity assessment in youth, physical activity levels and behaviors in outdoor settings, and the impact of physical activity and physical fitness on cognition and academic success in youth.<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>Dawn Coe is actively involved with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the North American Society for Pediatric Exercise Medicine (NASPEM). Coe\u00a0is a Fellow of ACSM and is a Certified ACSM Clinical Exercise Physiologist. She also serves on several national ACSM committees and is a member of the Colleges and Universities Education Subcommittee for the National Physical Activity Plan and the president-elect of NASPEM.<\/p>\n
