The evaluations include diagnostic interview, questionnaires, and a brief psychoeducational evaluation. We also evaluate psychological and emotional functioning to rule out other issues that may exacerbate attention problems. However, this evaluation does not include all the necessary assessments required for a disability determination or accessing accommodations and\/or modifications &#8211; a comprehensive evaluation would be required in those cases.<\/p>\n<p><strong>$470\/Evaluation*<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><br \/>\n*\u00a0These rates are for services conducted by doctoral student(s), intern(s), or fellow(s) supervised by psychologist.
