Services are the same as above; reports are structured to fit guidelines for\u00a0documentation of need for testing accommodations for national exams.<\/p>\n<p><strong>$950\/Evaluation*<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>* These rates are for services conducted by doctoral student(s), intern(s), or fellow(s) supervised by psychologist. For psychologist only rates, please contact us. Sliding fee scale available depending on family income.
