Our flexible, tiered model includes individualized coaching, skill-building modules, peer mentoring, and more\u2014all designed to foster independence and success in college.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who We Serve:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Students enrolled at UTK who have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder<\/li>\n<li>First-year through graduate-level students<\/li>\n<li>Students seeking extra structure and support for college success<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"orange-mark\"><\/h3>\n<p><strong>What Makes PASS Unique?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tiered support structure tailored to student needs<\/li>\n<li>Integrated academic and social skill coaching<\/li>\n<li>Credit-bearing course to support academic, executive functioning, and relationship development skills<\/li>\n<li>Individualized coaching meetings<\/li>\n<li>Professional mentoring to strengthen career readiness<\/li>\n<li>Peer mentoring and facilitated social activities<\/li>\n<li>Parent and faculty liaison to support collaboration<\/li>\n<li>Supervised by clinical faculty with expertise in ASD<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"orange-mark\"><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Program Structure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tiered Model of Support:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Credit-bearing course:<\/strong> Executive functioning, self-advocacy, and relationship building<\/li>\n<li><strong>Weekly coaching meetings:<\/strong> Personalized sessions tailored to meet social, academic, self-advocacy, and independent living goals<\/li>\n<li><strong>Skill-building modules:<\/strong> Flexible, individualized topics<\/li>\n<li><strong>Peer mentoring:<\/strong> Social engagement and support<\/li>\n<li><strong>Parent liaison:<\/strong> FERPA-compliant communication bridge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"orange-mark\"><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Outcomes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Over 80% of students who complete PASS return the following semester<\/li>\n<li>Students report increased confidence, organization, and campus engagement<\/li>\n<li>Alumni have gone on to graduate school, internships, and employment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"orange-mark\"><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cost &amp; Financial Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>PASS costs <strong>$5,000 per semester<\/strong>.
