standardized measures of cognitive, language, memory, attention, pre-academic, social skill, and motor and\/or visual-motor development as needed; play observation; review of any previous records; review of teacher or caregiver ratings; parent feedback meeting; and comprehensive written report with recommendations.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"orange-mark\">Developmental Assessment, 5-13 Years Old<\/h3>\n<p>Includes child and\/or parent interview; standardized measures of cognitive, language, memory, attention, academic, visual-motor, social skill development as needed; review of any previous records; parent feedback meeting; and comprehensive written report with recommendations.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"orange-mark\">Psychoeducational\/Developmental Assessment, 14 to Young Adulthood<\/h3>\n<p>Services are the same as above; reports are structured to fit guidelines for\u00a0documentation of need for testing accommodations for national exams, as well as need for accommodations and\/or modifications in an educational setting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>$1195\/Evaluation*<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><br \/>\n*\u00a0These rates are for services conducted by doctoral student(s), intern(s), or fellow(s) supervised by psychologist.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Developmental Assessment, 2-5 Years Old Includes parent interview;
