Graduate Assistant/PASS Program
Biography
Sophie is a second year PhD student in the School Psychology program at the University of Tennessee, where she also serves as a Graduate Assistant for the Postsecondary Autism Support Services (PASS) program. She earned her BA in Psychology, with a minor in French, from Elon University in 2024. Her current research examines how self-care, coping strategies, and overall wellbeing shape and help mitigate burnout among high achieving students. Outside of her academic work, Sophie enjoys trying new recipes, reading a good book, and exploring hiking trails in the Smoky Mountains.
