Includes child and/or parent interview; standardized measures of cognitive, language, phonological awareness, memory, attention, academic skills, visual-motor development; review of any previous records; parent feedback meeting; and comprehensive written report with recommendations.
Psychoeducational Assessment, 14 to Young Adulthood
Services are the same as above; reports are structured to fit guidelines for documentation of need for testing accommodations for national exams.
