The committee is chaired by Tim Ezzell and members include central office staff from each district; one student and parent from each high school; and one science teacher, counselor, and administrator from each high school.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Share Your Experiences<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you have experience in a STEMM career or are a first-generation college student from Appalachia, share your story with us. E-mail <a href=\"mailto:pipes@utk.edu\">pipes@utk.edu<\/a> to find out more information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Intervention\u00a0Team Members<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Undergraduate and graduate students from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville assist with the delivery of our curriculum at the high schools. Students receive course credit as they participate with PiPES. Interested students can contact us at <a href=\"mailto:pipes@utk.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pipes@utk.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summer Camp Counselors<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Each summer, 90 high school students have the opportunity to participate in a four-day summer camp on the University of Tennessee, Knoxville campus. Current undergraduate and graduate students from UTK are counselors at the camp. Ideally, counselors are from Appalachian communities.
